What is your membership cancellation policy?

You can cancel your membership with 30 days notice in advance of the day you are charged by emailing info@wtfboxing.com and filling out our cancellation form. We don’t accept cancellations in person or by phone. You can use your membership until 30 days after the date of your final payment.

Can I cancel my membership while frozen?

No you cannot cancel your membership while frozen. You must unfreeze and then you can give your notice of cancellation.

What is your policy for cancelling class reservations? What if I don’t show up for a class I booked?

You can cancel a class reservation at any time prior to 12 hours before the class starts without penalty. If you cancel a class reservation less than 12 hours before it starts, there is a $12 late cancel fee. If you don’t show up for your class and you don’t cancel, there is a $15 no show fee. These fees may be adjusted in the future and, if so, you will be notified by email.

If you used a class pack or a limited use membership to book a class and you cancel more than 12 hours in advance of the start of your class, you will receive your class credit back. If you late cancel or no show, you will lose that credit/class.

People sometimes ask why there is a fee. The reason is, if there is no fee, people book and don’t come or reserve a bag that could have been used by someone else. Also, we arrange for coaches, front desk staff, programming, etc. to be ready for a class on the basis of the spots booked in a class, so we need an accurate count of people who will be there with some advance notice to change things if necessary. 

Can I downgrade my membership?

Yes you can downgrade your membership (eg, from unlimited to 4x/month) by emailing info@wtfboxing.com. Please note that you cannot downgrade and cancel your membership in the same billing cycle. 

Can I freeze my membership?

Yes you can freeze your membership for up to a month each year. This allows you to take a month off but retain your rate. If you are gone for a longer time but would like to return to the studio when you get back, you will have to cancel your membership and sign up again when you return.

What equipment do you require for a class?

All participants in our classes must have boxing gloves and handwraps for safety. For your convenience, we have gloves to rent (currently $3 a class) or purchase (starting at $45) at our studio, as well as handwraps for purchase (starting at $12) at our studio, for your convenience, but you may also bring your own gloves and handwraps! Please note that these prices are subject to change, but we will make every effort to update this page promptly if any prices have changes.

What are your equipment and cancellation policies for guests?

Guests must also have handwraps and gloves for safety. If you have an extra handwraps or gloves or if your guest has their own wraps and gloves, feel free to bring them. If not, they can rent gloves for $3 and purchase handwraps for $10 at our studio for convenience. The same cancellation policies apply to guests.
