🔶Uptown Square Apartments
Uptown Square Apartments boasts hundreds of units, convenient walkable access to downtown, and many amenities.
Uptown Square’s furnished and non-furnished apartments have oversized closets, unique interior finishes, and high ceilings in sizes ranging from studio to three bedroom. I love the small details such as exposed brick and the rustic yet modern feel. Amenities include a rooftop terrace with 360-degree views, a pool with a great view, and idyllic courtyards. These apartments are minutes from shopping and entertainment, not to mention some of the best restaurants in North Capitol Hill Denver. Uptown Square is a great choice for people working in downtown Denver – you are a mere walk from your job and don’t have to deal with the headache that is Denver parking. (In case you’re wondering about parking in downtown Denver, it is easy to find uncovered parking, but it is not always convenient and it is not a good idea to leave your car in uncovered parking because of the risk of hail damage or someone breaking into your car or stealing parts of it. Hence being able to walk to work is great.)
You will also be within walking distance of the light rail station at Welton and 20th, making these apartments a great option for Denverites without a car. Uptown Square itself also boasts multiple restaurants and a variety of retail, including our fitness studio, Worth the Fight Boxing and Fitness. You can workout at the best Denver gym which happens to be right in your own building!

🔶Bespoke Apartments
Bespoke’s North Capitol Hill apartments are brand new rentals in one of Denver’s most vibrant hippest neighborhoods. The building blends modern architecture with North Capitol Hill Denver’s historic style, including an original façade from the building that used to occupy the property. Bespoke is packed full of amenities including a heated rooftop saltwater pool, an open-air lounge, an idyllic courtyard, and a dog park. The units range from studios to two-bedrooms and feature luxe finishes and open floor plans.

The Indi at Uptown Square are apartments converted from a historic hospital building into modern units with great amenities like a rooftop lounge.
The Indi at Uptown Square Apartments is part of the Uptown Square Apartments and its building was originally the last original hospital building, dating back to 1919. The building has been carefully maintained and updated into upscale furnished and unfurnished loft apartments ranging from studio to three bedroom. The apartments retain lovingly maintained original finishes with modern industrial flourishes. Residents have access to the Uptown Square apartment amenities as well as a beautiful courtyard and a rooftop lounge.
The Indi is also walking distance to several great restaurants and retail establishments including D Bar and Walter’s Pizzeria as well as to the 20th and Welton light rail stop.

🔶Park 17 Apartments
Park 17 offers premium North Capitol Hill Denver Co apartments that strike the perfect balance of edgy and cool in sizes from studio up to three-bedroom. No luxury has been overlooked, from the custom top-of-the-line interior finishes to the long list of amenities ranging from a fourth floor pool, indoor/outdoor fireplace and seating area, hang-out/gaming room, and electric car charging stations, among others. Park 17 is also centrally located on the 17th Ave, one of the busiest streets in North Capitol Hill, near to many great restaurants such as Humboldt Kitchen and Bar and Voodoo Doughnuts. Park 17 was recently constructed, so the apartments are in great shape.

🔶SOVA Apartments
The SOVA Apartments in North Cap Hill Denver are boutique apartments where alpine chic meets urban luxury in the heart of downtown Denver. The premium units boast contemporary design and thoughtful layouts. Careful thought went into everything from the beautiful exterior to the complimentary indoor features, capturing the ideal balance of amenities and North Capitol Hill atmosphere. SOVA boasts an over-sized garden tub and a 12th story rooftop Après Lounge with sunset views as well as equipment to perform ski and bike repair and covered parking. Amenities range from a virtual golf driving range and a dog grooming facility. We have peaked into the lobby and I was impressed by how tall the ceilings were – it feels luxurious.

🔶Skyhouse Apartments
The Skyhouse Apartments are more appropriately described as apartments near North Capitol Hill Denver since they are technically in the Central Business District, but they are a stone’s throw from North Cap Hill, and they are replete with eye-catching amenities to enhance your downtown Denver experience including a pool with beautiful mountain views, an electric car charging station, a resident lounge with fancy kitchen, a business center and more. The units range from studio to two bedroom and boast breathtaking mountain views, open floors plans, stainless steel kitchen appliances, balconies, wood floors, floor-to-ceiling windows, in-unit washers and dryers and more. We almost chose to live at Skyhouse, but it turned out that they did not have a two-bedroom without carpet available when we needed it.
