Uptown Square’s furnished and non-furnished apartments have high ceilings, oversized closets, and unique interior finishes in sizes ranging from studio to three bedroom. Amenities include a heated pool, rooftop terrace with 360-degree views, and idyllic courtyards. These apartments are minutes from shopping and entertainment, not to mention some of the best restaurants in Uptown Denver. You will also be within walking distance of the light rail station at Welton and 20th, making these apartments a great option for Denverites without a car. Uptown Square itself also boasts multiple restaurants and a variety of retail, including our fitness studio, Worth the Fight Boxing and Fitness. You can workout at the best Denver gym which happens to be right in your own building!

The Indi at Uptown Square Apartments is part of the Uptown Square Apartments and its building was originally the last original hospital building, dating back to 1919. The building has been carefully maintained and updated into upscale furnished and unfurnished loft apartments ranging from studio to three bedroom. The apartments retain lovingly maintained original finishes with modern industrial flourishes. Residents have access to the Uptown Square amenities as well as a rooftop lounge and beautiful courtyard.
The Indi is also walking distance to several great restaurants and retail establishments including Dbar and Walter’s Pizzeria as well as to the 20th and Welton light rail stop.

The Skyhouse Apartments are more appropriately described as apartments near Uptown Denver since they are technically in the Central Business District, but they are a stone’s throw from Uptown Denver, and they are replete with great amenities to enhance your downtown Denver experience including a pool with beautiful mountain views, a rooftop grill. An electric car charging station, a resident lounge with fancy kitchen, a business center and more. The units range from studio to two bedroom and boast breathtaking mountain views, open floors plans, stainless steel kitchen appliances, balconies, wood floors, floor-to-ceiling windows, in-unit washers and dryers and more. We highly considered living at Skyhouse Apartments but they did not have a unit available with the size and features we required.
